Planning Consent Granted – St George’s Vicarage, Stockport

We are delighted to announce we have attained full detailed planning consent to develop and convert the Grade 2 former St George’s Vicarage site in Stockport, into a highly desirable residential development.

Collaborating with our associated developers Harrison Hunt, our design team worked in close collaboration with the Stockport Council throughout, with the aim to develop high quality family homes for Stockport.

We have proposed to restore the free-style arts and crafts former Vicarage  building, reworking the interior to provide five new modern apartments, providing a two storey glass circulation extension link to the rear to together with a new extension building to the North providing eight new apartments. In addition to this, we have proposed six new red brick two and a half storey dwellings facing the vicarage with gardens to the rear.

We would like to thank the planning team at the Stockport Council and our wider design team, notably to Barton Willmore whom all worked in close collaboration.
