Successful Appeal for Planning Consent in Lytham

Planning consultants Turley have written a short article about our successful appeal for planning consent for eight luxury apartments in Lytham.

‘Turley successfully argued that the development was acceptable and the Inspector agreed, concluding that “the proposed building represents high quality contemporary architecture that would contribute positively” to the local area. A full award of costs was also made to Turley on the basis that the Council had demonstrated unreasonable behaviour.’
