The Old Manse Coastal Conversion, Dunbar

Collaborating with our associated developers Harrison Hunt, our design team were appointed to convert the former Manse building which, was at the time used as officer in coastal setting of Dunbar, Scotland into luxury apartments.

Our design development explored a range of options, engaging with the local community and East Lothian Council.

We proposed to restore the former Manse building and reworked the interior to provide four new modern apartments suitable for today’s lifestyle.

Construction was completed in August 2022.
