Vicarage Gardens, Stockport

Collaborating with our associated developers Harrison Hunt, our design team have been asked to find a solution for a derelict, former Vicarage in the curtilage of a Grade I listed church in Stockport.

Our design development has explored a range of options with the Stockport Council for the site all with the aim to develop high quality family homes for the community by working closely with the neighbouring church and school.

We are proposing to restore the free-style arts and crafts former Vicarage  building and reworking the interior to provide five new modern apartments together with  providing a new extension building to the north with a circulation link providing eight new apartments. In addition to this, we are proposing six new red brick three storey dwellings facing the vicarage with generous gardens to the rear.
