Building Warrant Approved – Private Residence – Waterfoot
SBA was appointed by our private client to take their private residence project through the technical design stage and submit a building warrant to form an open-plan living-diner room, creating a vaulted room and increasing natural light along with modernising throughout. We are delighted to receive the approval of the building warrant on our client’s behalf with our client looking for a quick start to get on site and start the works.
