SBA was approached by a private client looking to create a new house extension at their home. We designed a single-storey rear extension preferred to open up into a contemporary family living space to fit their growing needs.
We undertook concept designs and produced planning drawings for submission to the local authority. Which then gained planning approval and approval from building regulations.
