A 60-bed new Premier Inn Hotel in the centre of Blackburn. Built as part of the Blackburn Cathedral Quarter Masterplan, delivering a £35m regeneration in the heart of the town.
A development Partnership of Blackburn Cathedral, the Council and Maple Grove has delivered a new vibrant city square with mixed-used office, retail and residential, the Premier Inn was the catalyst for this investment into Blackburn.
The new Premier Inn Hotel boasts a fully glazed curtain wall onto the new public square which allows for full-height bedroom windows onto the Cathedral view. It also has a green roof over the ground floor retail offering to deliver bio diversity into the centre of the town, linked to a new high-quality public realm.
