Collaborating again with our associated developers Harrison Hunt following the successful architectural design of The Old Manse. Our design team developed a proposal for the ‘garden’ area. A continuation of the former Old Manse to create The Old Manse, Phase 2.
Our design development explored a range of options, where we looked at how best to maximise the use of the existing features of the site. Furthermore respecting the existing Old Manse building’s view, light and access.
Following various concept options, we developed a design based on the proposed development following a north/south axis. Maximising the number of trees retained, creating a new avenue for access and increasing the number of trees and planting across the site.
With a planning application submitted, and work ongoing to progress to the technical design we look forward to bringing this project to site.
